Ingredients: |
Raspberries |

Double cream |

Greek yoghurt |
|
|
Honey |
|
|
Whiskey |

Oatmeal |
What you do:
1.
Wash your hands.
2.
Divide the raspberries
into three equal lots.
3.
Put the oatmeal into a
dry frying pan and heat gently stirring all the time until the oatmeal turns
golden brown. Empty onto a plate to cool. As it is very easy to burn the
oatmeal you may need to have two goes to get it right!!
4.
Put the cream into the
bowl and whisk until it just holds its shape.
5.
Put the yoghurt, honey
and whiskey in another bowl and stir together until evenly blended.
6.
Carefully fold the
cream into the yoghurt mix.
7.
Scatter one lot of
raspberries in the bottom of the serving dish.
8.
Carefully fold the
second lot of raspberries into the cream/yogurt mix (don’t worry if the
raspberries break up a bit that just adds to the colour!) and turn into the
serving dish. Spread out evenly and smooth the top.
9.
Sprinkle on a thin
layer of oatmeal and decorate with the last lot of raspberries.
10.
Put in the fridge to
chill.
